Ken Bingham is a renowned risk management specialist who has spent over 40 years in the oil and gas industry. He founded ACM Facility Safety in 1994 to help organizations manage and mitigate risks in their daily operations. The consulting service's primary goal was to help industry players across Alberta implement a more strategic approach to risk management.

Ken built a team of industry experts to provide training on understanding risks and improving organizational processes. His team's efforts have contributed to shifting the industry towards a more informed and empowered sector to handle the risks they face.

As President of Risk Alive Analytics, I lead a team dedicated to transforming process safety management through advanced analytics and actionable insights. With over 30 years of industry expertise behind us, I’m driven by a mission to empower organizations to not only manage but anticipate and prevent risk, fostering safer workplaces and sustainable operations worldwide.

Wilson Xu joined the company in 2011. Recognized as a leader in financial management, he is responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis and perspective in helping to assess strategic directions, business risk, and operating efficiency. In addition, Wilson undertakes the company’s financial management, including corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, and internal control. Wilson is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA).

Bobby has more than 30 years of operations and process knowledge. He feels this role allows him to use this experience to ensure process safety is built into the design of new facilities. His objective is to educate and mentor other operators to make them aware of the hidden hazards in the processes they operate and maintain, and to reduce risks to avoid catastrophic events.

John Zhang, AI Developer & Project Manager

John Zhang is a Machine Learning Engineer and Project Manager who bridges the gap between advanced analytics, engineering, and client success. With a background in process safety and AI, he specializes in developing and deploying machine learning pipelines on AzureML, applying NLP for text classification, and building computer vision models to interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams.

John combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills, frequently leading software demos, client workshops, and implementation sessions. His work focuses on helping organizations leverage AI-driven insights to enhance safety, reliability, and operational decision-making across complex industrial environments.

Shubham Agarwal, Business Development Manager

Shubham Agarwal is passionate about transforming how organizations approach process safety and risk management. He strongly believes that clarity saves lives and money and that every conversation with industry professionals is a step toward that mission. With over a decade of experience in technology, consulting, and workforce development, he brings a consultative & relationship-driven approach to helping organizations achieve measurable safety and performance outcomes through Risk Alive’s data-driven risk assessments, process safety training, and analytics solutions. What drives him is a deep sense of purpose from elevating client experience and advancing the adoption of innovative risk intelligence tools that empower teams to make smarter, faster & more profitable decisions while making their world safer.

Jennifer Fricke, Business Development Manager

With over 25 years of experience in customer support and client relations, Jennifer Fricke brings a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. Her passion for safety and commitment to excellence make her a trusted partner to Risk Alive’s clients. Jennifer believes that effective communication and proactive support are key to empowering organizations to make safer, smarter decisions.

Whether guiding clients through technical solutions or ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, she is dedicated to helping teams succeed with confidence and clarity. Known for her reliability, compassion, and deep understanding of client needs, Jennifer plays a vital role in fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, safety, and continuous improvement.

I studied computer science and applied mathematics, then went into marketing. That combination explains most of what I do.

9+ years in marketing high-tech b2b products and services to technical people at enterprise scale. Right now that means process safety software platform and training, and PHA facilitation services for oil & gas and other highly hazardous facilities worldwide. I own the marketing funnel end-to-end at Risk Alive.

I also have a background in a geospatial data management and visualization startup, working closely with geoscientists, an enterprise HR management platform, and a large-scale custom software development studio. I'm comfortable when the product is complicated and the buyer is skeptical, and I like turning the first into something the second actually benefits from.

The project I'm proudest of is our on-demand self-paced P&ID course. I built it from nothing: filmed our instructor and edited the content, set up the e-learning platform, and marketed the finished product. It doesn't need a teacher in the room anymore, which improves our profit margins and ROI in the long run.

The computer science degree means I'll dig into the complex tools myself, the applied math degree means the numbers speak for me when I'm in front of leadership.

Outside work: snowboarding, surfing, mountain hiking, enduro motorcycling, board games, and a serious weakness for Chinese tea.
