He founded ACM Facility Safety in 1994 to help organizations manage and mitigate risks in their daily operations. The consulting service's primary goal was to help industry players across Alberta implement a more strategic approach to risk management.

Ken built a team of industry experts to provide training on understanding risks and improving organizational processes. His team's efforts have contributed to shifting the industry towards a more informed and empowered sector to handle the risks they face.

Ron Mukherjee is a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for solving real problems. With hands-on experience in Site Engineering, PHA prep, and turning complex data into meaningful insights, he brings both technical know-how and big-picture thinking to the table.

As Product Owner of the Software Development team, Ron works side by side with a group of talented and creative web developers and automation engineers. Together, they’re focused on building smart, efficient tools that make PHA documentation and analytics faster, easier, and more valuable. By tapping into industry data and computer vision, Ron’s team gives users that extra edge to get more out of every analysis.

John Zhang, AI Developer & Project Manager

John Zhang is a Machine Learning Engineer and Project Manager who bridges the gap between advanced analytics, engineering, and client success. With a background in process safety and AI, he specializes in developing and deploying machine learning pipelines on AzureML, applying NLP for text classification, and building computer vision models to interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams.

John combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills, frequently leading software demos, client workshops, and implementation sessions.
